Truck was running well last fall, Shut it down for the winter and now I get no power. Battery is fully charged, connections and grounds are good but no electricity getting to any accessories. Inside lights don't go on, nothing is happening when I turn the ignition key. All fuses are good. What next?

You may have a dead cell in the battery , or damp in the electrics.

Hardly seems worth changing the lock cylinder, since it is not that easy.
Just be more careful turning the ignition off.
Put in an ignition indicator light on the dash if you have to.

SOURCE: 95 GMC ignition system doesn't power

check the condition and check for power at the actual ignition switch at the bottom of steering column and the rod from the key switch that engages it. if your lucky the switch may just have come loose, but more often then not, there shot.

Try another starter and also try turning the crank bolt with a ratchet and socket to make sure that the crank isn't frozen in place. Do not leave the keys in the car when doing so. You don't want anyone messing around in the truck when trying that!

I have a 1993 Dodge Dakota and the windshield wipers when they work, they stop the engine shut down.

seem to me 2 huge problems, weak engine,
does that hot or cold engine or both.

pull wiper fuse?
if engine still stalls , the wiring the wiper is wired crazy wrong.
29 year old truck
there will be lots of things wrong.
engine,
does engine have full lower, even driven up hills?
does engine idle controls work.
can you save the wiper> engine stall with fast right foot?y/n/?
when did truck run perfectly ? last week, year, decade?

wipers motors can not stall any engine, even shorted, they blow the wiper fuse. the battery and aternator can do 100amps easy
10 x the fuse rating.

seems to me the wiper wiring was hacked. to power feeds critcal to engine operation, (all electrics efi)

the stock truck wiper circuits are almost fully isolated from anything else.
it has its own fuse 20amp.
wired to accessory run,.<< this is the only engine common point.
so is wired wrong or
or key run connection power feed is a mess.or loose? rusted?
guess wiring behind key is a mess. me.
check all power from battery to fuse to key switch, for loose rusty , or bad wring.

I have no power to my truck it is a 1996 gmc sonoma was driving it and it just shut off and no power now not even the dome light works

Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuit's ? Viewing a wiring diagram for power distribution to test where B+ voltage is an isn't , using a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter would be the way to diagnose . Voltage drop test main battery cables , test the battery etc.
free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb/ Enter vehicle info. year , make , model an engine . under system click on electrical distribution , then under subsystem click on power distribution . Click the search button then the blue link . Test where power should be , an when you find it's not where it should be , there's your problem.

The car was being driven and died. It turns over but wont start, and doesn't go into gear. Windows quite working and radio and clock don't come on. Buzzing sound from air bag mode.

Sounds like a power supply issue. Make sure the battery is fully charged and the charging system is working properly. If the ECM senses low battery voltage it will shut down different parts of the electrical system in order to maintain a constant power supply for the necessary electronics
