What does O/O OFF indicater light signify? - 1999 Mazda Pickup

VECTRA CAR WITH SPANNER WARNING LIGHT This Vauxhall Vectra car with spanner warning light illuminates or flashes yellow. Light will illuminate for around 3 seconds when the ignition is switched on. If the fault light illuminates whilst the engine is running, this signifies a fault within the engine or gearbox electronics system. The system will switch to emergency mode where fuel consumption may increase and the vehicles drivability reduced. A Vauxhall workshop must be consulted. If the light flashes whilst the engine is running, this signifies a fault within the electronic immobiliser system and the engine will not be able to be restarted.

Thats got to be fun around law enforcement Eh?, i digress, check relays on directional circuit, see if anything is amiss

check the individual indicater bulbs are all working ,actually look at each one not just the dash indicater light ,if all ok try the hazard switch if same happens the indicator relay needs changing if not the light/indicator switch will need replacing i would think good luck

try ind stalk sounds like it looses its live feed

could 1 of 2 things or a combination of both. either the alternator is weak and going out or the battery is going bad. make sure your alternator belt is tight

get as new relay swich box and it should be ok if it dose not work check the steering indicator is not broken of inside the switch on the indicator arm

Do you have an alarm system installed? These sound like the alarm indicator lights. They are supposed to deter theft and break ins.

if the rest of your dash and instrument lights work and it's just the speedo that stays dark you have a bulb burnt out in your dash cluster.

i think there might be water in the rear lights or corroded, i would start there 1st.
