Look in owners manual,it will show you how to raise/lower roof with tool end of dash driver side
Once you have the tool the best way to reset roof is to manualy lower it and lock rear cover
Two people helps to lower as you have to lift front of roof and lift rear
When rear metal cover is unlocked push roof fully down and lock cover
The roof should then work with the switch
In the trunk of car the lift up the rear deck panel where the spare wheel is stored.Look in the right hand corner and you will see a small motor. You will also see a little L shaped tool next to it.Attach that tool to the motor and wind it to close or open your roof. The roof will move, but very slowly.Saab was very thoughtful to have this feature.
