Manifold Pressure sensor (MAP sensor, probably located on the intake manifold somewhere) has an Implausible signal i.e. going out of a plausible range. you could try removing the connector and reseating it. I've seen this a few times where just reseating the connector fixes the problem, if not it'll probably need replacing.

'06 1.4 petrol low on power otherwise perfect. Any ideas? Thanks.

run fault codes to check for problems . If there is nothing then you may have to have a lap top computer connected and an expert reprogram the ECM cpu to reset the settings for the engine tuning parameters.. It has to be done in the ECM program and best done on a chassis dyno so that the settings can be tested immediately and adjusted if necessary.

Code p1443

This is an Idle Air Controll Circuit Fault code.

Take the IAC out of the car, plug it back in, turn the key on DO NOT START THE CAR WITH IT REMOVED.

You should see the IAC Pintle move a bit when you turn the key on.

Also, the needle, and seat inside the throttle body should be clean and not covered in soot. You should also clean the throttle body of any soot coking to maintain the desired Idle speed and functionality.

Seat ibiza 1.4 16v 02 plate cutting out at idle at junctions occasionally, regardless hot or cold, code reader shows no fault!

I have the same car and had the same problem, it turned out to be a hole in the vaccume pipe that leads to the engine.

If thats not the reason It may be the ignition coil, which is a common fault in seat ibiza's, this would cost around 75.00GBP to fix.

this site may help www.usedcarexpert.co.uk ,, the site gives good info about all cars and lists common faults and how to fix them.

Hope this helps
