Fuses can fail from metal fatigue caused by their expanding and contracting with load changes.
If they fail from this, you may not be able to visually identify them as 'blown.'
You can try swapping the suspect fuse with another of the same value or measure it with a multimeter set to the Ohms function.
If you don't own one of these, they can be had for under $20 US at auto or electronics parts stores.
If you have a Harbor Freight tool store in your area, they have them almost always for $3-$10. These may not be all that precise but for home use they are completely acceptable.
