This could be stuck in what is sometimes called "limp Home Mode"
I have found a common problem is the earth wire from body to engine has stopped making a good contact so take lead off and make sure both ends are clean from dirt oil etc and make a good connection on surfaces with a wire brush or sand paper and reattach

The plug on the new harness is numbered.(look at the body of the white plug ) The Wires from old one are colored. they go together like this.
1 is blue and orange
2 is black and pink
3 is black (ground)
4 is Black and white
5 is Dark green
clean the throttle body inside. check the idle airspeed control valve,(iac) is ok....check the sensor wires located on the air cleaner assembly if the air flow sensor is gone,it will not run proper. start with a good tune up ....correct plugs,wires cap rotor.fuel filter and pcv valve..check all the vacuum lines are tight.
hi,i would suggest you look ay the plug connection on the harnass between the door and the body,pull back the rubber check the wires for breaks and the plug pins for corrosion,let me know,andy
