Why is my 2002 jeep liberty 3.7 running rough. Replaced catalytic converters, replaced #2 and #4 fuel injectors all due to codes pulled. still, have to give gas for vehicle to idle. New codes are 112

backfiring is an indication of incorrect spark firing order or timing check that the HT leads are not touching each other and that the firing order is correct

My 2005 jeep liberty will not start. Starter is good. What could be the probable cause?

Check the battery for bad connections..take off the cables and clean both the battery posts and the cable connectors and then try...if no start, then see if you can check the battery voltage with a voltmeter...at stand still(engine not running) the battery should read 12.5 volts...if battery is ok, then there is the possibility that the starter solenoid, the starter relay, or (in rare cases) the ignition switch is bad
