I have a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan, i noticed fluid coming out under the front of my van, then moments later the ABS and ESP lights came on... it seems to be power steering fluid so i am guessing the brake assist has gone... how do i check? is it still safe to drive as it is not actually brake fluid?
The power steering cap is clearly marked so you should be able to view the reservoir to determine if it is low. If low, top it off and see what happens. But be careful.
It sounds as if the fluid is triggering a fault that turns on the lights. I would be very careful if you try to drive this vehicle, you may suddenly find the steering is VERY hard to turn. Get it to a trustworthy shop as soon as possible. If the fluid leaks fast enough to empty the power steering you could crash. It would be cheaper to have it hauled to a shop than risk a costly accident.

If it's red, it's transmission fluid. Coolant would be green. Check the fluid level, don't let it get low, Chrysler minivans are prone to transmission troubles, and low fluid levels over time will ruin a a transmission. And be sure not to overfill, it's just as bad for the trans. Have the leak checked out and repaired, good luck

it has a fault in the antilock brake system the light will stay on untill repaired or problem goes away.

simliar problem with my '05 ST, replaced the battery but no change. Took it back to dealer and they replaced the altnerator under warranty. Fixed the problem, but now I notice a slight dimming of the headlights infrequently, but the stereo now initializes all on its own, and the low battery messages displayed on the stereo, but only one time.

Since you are still under warranty, I suggest getting your transmission checked at a dealer. We had to get ours replaced at about 28M miles. It was making wierd noises, especially in a parking lot at low speeds and when turning slowly.
There is no dipstick for the transmission fluid on our model :(
If you recently changed tires, then that could possibly be the noise too.

Check first the third eye brake light. does it work? okay the problem reside in a ABS sensor make sure it is hook up or if you recently did a brake job it didnt get contaminated. When the ABS signal is interfered with ESP,Traction is disabled. One or some of the wheel speed sensor is disconnected or is being interfered with. This is common for a recent brake job if any occured
