The easiest way to obtain a radio code for any vehicle is to call your local dealership, in this case a Pontiac dealer, and give the guy in parts dept. the VIN # of the vehicle. Won't cost you anything. Give it a try.

I have a 1999 Oldsmobile Silhouette and the radio is not working properly it only works when the car is turned off and then the sound comes out once I turn the car on the sound goes off

if the radio is original
security code .speakers and all other functions work

could be faulty speakers
or an internal circuit board failure

pull the radio out have radio checked
if beyond repair
you could source a used one or fit a newer after market unit

How to set the clock on my 2004 Silouhette--no H or M buttons.

I found the buttons! When the light was shining on my console I was able to notice them. The Hr and Min were no longer obvious in normal light, but there are two small buttons below the Volume Control knob that adjust the clock.
