I think my car imobilser is not working. I get the following errors when I attach the diagnostic machine 1. egr circuit low 2. Fueld Sensor temp high 3. P1351 code Any help please

Why would you think you have a immobilizer problem ? Doesn't the vehicle start ? Is there a security light lit on the instrument cluster ? What make vehicle ? What diagnostic machine ? Your P1351 is a manufacturer specific code ! http://www.obd-codes.com/p1351

I have a 407 Peugeot Coupe V6 HDI Diesel faulty code P1351 it says IDM Input circuit malfunction/ Ignition coil control circuit high voltage and what must i do to solve the problem

Must be some bad information getting to the ecu. Bad conections due to salt corrosion may be the cause. Bright metal contacts are essential for correct transmission of information from sensors to and from the ECU (brain).

1999 K1500 with P1351 code only starts when it is cold outside

as far as i can tell the P1351 code is Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage or it could be crankshaft sensor as my old Renault had this problem, and the P1440 is your petrol or gas cap. make sure its on tight when you fill up your car.
