SOURCE: how many o2 sensors does my 98 camry v6 has?

There are 2 sensors. The main one is located in the exhaust manifold (facing you as you look at the engine from the front of the car). The secondary sensor is located behind the catalytic convertor, which is under the car, approximately beneath the front passenger seat. On some cars, somewhere around 1999, Toyota started using an air/fuel sensor instead of an oxygen sensor in at least one of these locations, so you need to be sure which one you have before replacing. They are not interchangeable.

SOURCE: which o2 sensor is bank 1, sensor 1, on a 96

Bank 1 is the same side that cylinder 1 is on which should be passenger side. Sensor 1 is right in front of the catalytic converter, and sensor 2 is after the converter.

CODE P1130 ON TOYOTA CAMRY V6 YEAR 1999

Sounds like there is an issue with the heater on the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor. Bank one is the same side of the engine as the number one cylinder and sensor one is always before the catalytic converter. Check for battery voltage on the black with yellow wire with the key on. There should be twelve volts. Check the heater circuit of the O2 sensor with an ohm meter. Unplug the O2 sensor connector and measure resistance on the sensor side of the connector that the blue with black and black with yellow wire go to. Off the top of my head it should be around 14 ohms. You can confirm this by checking the heater circuit on the bank 2 O2 sensor. If there is voltage and the heater circuit doesn't ohm out than replace the O2 sensor. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

I have a 2002 toyota camry V6 and did not pass

O2 sensors are a possible cause. It has one converter, but 2 oxygen sensors...1 upstream, and 1 downstream of the converter. Which means one is very easy to get to (under the hood, on the manifold), and one is not. Usually the check engine light will come on if O2 sensors are faulty.
