-There are couple things that cause Not to start:
-Bad ignition (No spark Or Weak spark.)
-No fuel enter to the engine (Due to fuel pump, pressure regulator and injectors.)

Those chrysler engines have camshaft positioning sensors and crankshaft pos. sensors that will make it not fire. but u first need to see if its not getting fuel or fire. its not gettin one or the other

1993 Subaru loyale Engine won't start distributor

if rotor (this is the one that turns and not the distributor), then its either your starter is broken or you have a drained battery.

also, for worst cases, your timing belt/chain is broken

no your timming belt broke!!! now if you have a interference engine you will need a new car!!!
the only way to know is if you search your year make and engine size of your car..

Won't start as in no rotation of the starter motor and no clicking sound? Or starter turns slowly with the engine? Or the starter and engines turns normally but will not start? Or starter turns normally but engine will not turn?

My 1999 buick turns over but won't start I had the ignition module checked & it was ok it appears that i am getting spark any ideas why it won't start?

It could be that your fuel pump is not getting enough fuel to the engine to start it. Is your starter turning over or trying to start the engine.
