In order to do a reset of OBDII code you will need a OBDII reader unit.

It's good to read and record the code(s) the computer (ECU) for future reference (after the repair).

The alternative method is to disconnect the negative battery cable to clear the ECU memory.

Please inspect your radio for UNLOCK / SECURITY code requirement before you disconnect the neg. cable.

Most likely inside of the tank, you should have access to it from the top of the tank.

Again please try changing your stepper motor it controls the idle speed ty.
