Look for the blower motor control relay- it is likely stuck 'on'.
Remove it until a new replacement relay can be fitted.

We bought a 1995 jeep grand cherokee orvis edition...the truck will not go into reverse...it makes a wierd grinding noise

Be sure that the truck is fully engaged in two wheel drive. It may have slipped out of gear on the transfer-case. Move the lever for 2 and 4 wheel drive back and forth a few times before shifting transmission.Good luck

Cant get the jeep to fire

Unplug the injectors, and shoot starting fluid in it to see if that helps any. Pull the plugs to see if they are gas fowled if this doesn't start it up briefly.
