Hi Mrs Amanda ! according to what you said I just like to know when you said on turning to the left is clicking. Could you please focus on which side the front it clicks. I personaly believe that you will have depends the side Constant Velocity Joint worn and also I believe that your previous shake on acceleration most possible it was the CV JOINT whick might jumed into itself where the ball bearing is. Sounds like the engine is misfiring under a load , Replace the spark plugs and plug wires. Not only will problem be eliminated but it will greatly help the engine efficiency and fuel economy.

Mrs Amanda when you said on pushing the gas pedal is shaking do you mean the whilst accelerating with engine running ( reving) you do receive a shake? or when pushing the pedal you do feel on the pedal with engine off a shake? If it is the first check for any spark plug or spark plug HT Lead not working and cause the engine to shake. If is the second cause then check for your pedal connection cable etc.

SOURCE: loose gas pedal

the gas pedal is connected by a cable that goes to the throttle body or carburetor on the engine. there should be a nut that holds the cable end in place where the steel cable comes out of the housing near the throttle body. it sounds like this may be loose or stripped out. you may need to replace the entire throttle cable.

My gas pedal gets hard during driving can my idle pulley cause that

Look under the hood. you should find a part under there with two metal thin lines connected to it so that when you push the gas pedal, that part moves up, when released, it should go back down, have someone press the gas pedal and look for it right on top of the engine. is there something blocking it? wiring harness, etc.?

you need to replace the motor mounts. I advise either a professional mechanic repair it, or someone who highly mechanically inclined.

1994 RANGER 4.0 6CYL 2WD

Is it an automatic or manual trans ?
An automatic should downshift when you push on the gas pedal. The shaking could be a miss-fire or lack of fuel. The noise could be a knock from the engine or something in the exhaust system.
The freaking jet noise could be an exhaust leak or something going on with the air cleaner or a vac leak.

When i press on gas peddle the truck shakes

Is the check engine light on? Could be that the engine is misfiring, or broken motor mount causing the truck to shake when you press the gas pedal.
