Daniel, On your key fob try turning alarm off, if not install battery, then start the car,shut car off and lock doors with remote this will reset alarm.

Most alarms have a set way to reset go to dealer site on line and look for alarm reset for that car . Some set by cycling key three times, some have a reset code for door pad. Best of luck finding it.

The drivers side door lock/unlock switch is more than likely defective...Having said that, the alarm system on Jeeps are a constant problem...To disable the system requires removing the drivers door panel and cutting the Light Green/Orange wire at the switch...And installing a 465 Ohm resistor...Not something done without the necessary skills...
I would have the vehicle towed to a Jeep dealer and have them test the drivers door switch and disable the alarm....Guru...saailer

To reset the alarm: with your keys on the keylocks do "lock/unlock will reset the alarm an enable you to start the vehicle . I dont know which door is yours but try it on the two front doors and the trunk door. Mine is on the trunk. Good luck. Nixon.
