A/c has 5 control settings,first 4 stopped working at same time.a/c only works on 5th(highest setting now)it is a 2004 dodge stratus 4 door

The a/c heater blower motor resistor card need to be replaced. You can buy the blower resistor card from Auto Zone much less then the dealer and they will have the step by step instructions for you to get the job done with common tools. I think the dealer will cost around $200.00 for parts and labor and should take under 45 min to do. Good luck and hope this helps, if you need the instructions, keep me posted, be glad to help. 

Sounds like a faulty heater resistor..located in heater box on pass side..remove a trim panel under glove box..if you get new one,you'll be able to see what it looks like..10 way connector..only has 5 wires..2 screws hold it in heater box..you may have to trim opening to fit new resistor..new part updated
