Location of module

The fuse is in under hood fuse and relay box, on drivers side. it should be # 34, and they are mini fuses, Try this link. You have a fuse center in the trunk, alos located in the end of dash

the module is located under the center console , CAUTION WHEN WORKING ON AIR BAG SYSTEM, A CERTIFIED TECH SHOULD BE THE ONLY ONE TO WORK ON SYSTEM. this will avoid false deployment or failure of system in a crash.

Underneath the carpet under the center counsole

The resistor is located on the left front bumper support.To access the resistor on Chevrolet and Pontiac models, loosen the left front corner of the plastic wheel well liner where it attaches to the front fascia. Saturn vehicles do not require you to remove the front wheel or wheel well liner.

It should be a T-30.

you need to takee into a certified mechanic , if you mess with the air bag system and it deploys no one will work on it . the cost to replace your airbag system could be easily 2500.00

The module is under the passenger side seat,under the carpet.You will have to remove the seat to access it easier.Lift up the carpet and it will be mounted to the floor.
