in my 2004 grand caravan it's behind the glove box and left of the blower motor. disconnect the wires first then remove the 2 screws to pull out the resistor unit. First make sure you have removed the negative of your batterie. I had the same pm that prevented the blower motor to operate in any speed. I hope this will help

Replace your resistor if you haven't already. I had the same issue with mine, it only worked on high.

THERE'S A SENSOR UNDER THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CAR UNDER THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT YOU HAVE TO LOOK WAY UNDER JUST LAY DOWN ON TOP OF THE MATT IN FRONT OF THE PASS SEAT IT HAS 2 SCREWS ON IT UNPLUG IT THEN UNSCREW IT TAKE IT TO THE DEALER IT COST ME ABOUT 30 TO 50 DOLLARS BUT THAT WAS THE PROBLEM I HAD. GOOD LUCK

YOU CAN STILL HAVE 12.5VOLTS ON WIRE,BUT ONLY HAVE 2 STRANDS OF WIRE CARRYING IT..WILL NOT CARRY ENOUGH CURRENT TO RUN MOTOR..CHECK WHITE MAIN CONNECTOR UNDER DASH NEAR BRAKE PEDAL..TAKE APART AND LOOK FOR MELTED WIRING..ALSO CHECK WIRING AT IGNITION SWITCH CONNECTOR..THERE WAS ALSO A RECALL ON BLOWER MOTOR WIRING FOR THESE TRUCKS..CALL YOUR LOCAL DEALER AND GIVE THEM YOU SERIAL NUMBER AND MILEAGE..YOUR TRUCK MAY HAVE FELL THRU THE CRACKS IF YOUR NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNER..LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU FIND
