You don't need to use a torque speck really on an axle bolt. Just snug it by hand real good and make sure to stick a new cotter pin in through the axle and axle bolt to prevent the bolt from self un-threading. That all I have really ever done.

remove tire/wheel. remove brake caliper/ bracket. remove center axle nut. remove 4-hub nuts. hub should come out with hands. Grease and red-torque all appropriate parts during reassembly.
