Color codes for 2004 grand am stereo

I was curious, what are the color codes for the wires in a Pontiac Grand Am's stereo? I am installing an aftermarket radio and I do not know what the colors are for. I do not have a harness either. Thank you!

Please don't cut your harness ,you should get a harness connector kit due to damage that you can cause just clipping wires .you will be money ahead to get kit made your your specific car ,I'm a gm tech and I get a lot of those cars in with damage electrical system due to bad stereo install . My email is [email protected] any questin please feel free to ask will save you a lot of problems ,I will send you pics of diagrams that way because they don't show up well on this site .

05 grand what do i need to install a aftermarket radio

Get a wiring harness adapter kit (about $10) from a stereo shop. It has harness plugs that will plug directly into your harnesses in the dash, and has color-coded wires that you will color-match to the wires on the aftermarket deck's harness. You may need an antenna adapter as well. If your stock stereo face is taller than the aftermarket one, you'll need a dashboard adapter kit to take up the extra space.
