Engine sound tappy, oil light flashing but oil level is fine and engine management light is on

It sound like the o2 sensor. Take it to an auto zone and they will put the computer on it for free. It will tell you what is wrong with it. I hope this helps.

A loud knocking sound could be a variety of things. On the top of the list is Bad connecting rod bearing and main bearings in the bottom end of the engine. Bad lifters may also be a problem. The run rough problem is due a cyl.mis firing,it becaused buy a bad plug,plug wire,coil,or even the ing.module. the servive eng.light flashing is warning you that you have a cyl.misfire that can cause damaget to your catltic converter if you continue to drive it.with may lead to why you think you have a exhaust problem,it may be colgged.
