the gas tank is under the back seat.. to get to it u have to go under the car and everything sould be down thr.. (note) thr is a lil rubber plug on the tank faceing to back of the car.. DONT FULL IT! its hard to find a replacement and its a pain to only use a half take at a time.
If it will not get out of 1st while driving the problem is it will not up-shift.
Try servicing the transmision and replacing the filter as it may be plugged !
your cable that runs from the shifter to the trans., is stretched, or broken, or a bolt has come loose, some are dual cables with plastic caps that hold them on to the shifter. these caps break and cause alot of slop
well first you go to the local salvage yard with your trusty wallet then after paying 20 - 50 bucks install new one from salvage
once you take the seat belt assembly appart it is dead there is no fixing it properly or safely
they are designed to save your life dont mess with somthing you are un sure about
check the belt isnt folded anny where b4 you buy a new belt though
take it to dealer and get the scrappage on it against a new car.Most likely cause is low on fluid ---BUT --- anything from a worn pump to a worn front clutch
i think it is a new problem not part of the other stuff,, get to the starter and look for small wire that goes to the solenoid.,, and see if it is bad or lose in any way , all this is form under car
