If you follow the wires to the top of the engine from the distributor, they are under the boots when you remove them. Plugs are about 4-6" down inside. cannot find spark plugs in 2003 323 1.8 litre mazd - f2c5d262-e131-42d7-8496-0946d38b78c6.jpg

if you get a after market workshop manual for a kf/kh laser (also have mazda wiring diagrames in them).best look on ebay.the motor in the earier laser and mazdas is very similar.i am a laser /mazda fan.i own at least 3 of these cars love them..check to see if you are getting power to coil first.this would be no 1 to check.if all is okay at this point then the dissy.a good auto elect should be able to test for you.when you get a manual just follow instructions on removeing the dissy.put on top dead centre 1st before removing.this makes it easer to replace.i live in nsw

open your bonnet check to see @ gearbox if the-res is cable, or a cylinder, the cable is Usualy visible on the top of the gearbox if theres a cable theres no clutch flu-ed needed. Note that your gearbox uses oil. Usualy on older models like 1989 the use a clutch cable no flu-ed needed

SOURCE: mazda astina pop up lights wont go back down

Try to check if there is something stuck to the motor of the pop-up lights mechanism. You can see it below the fenders. The fender liner should be removed.

Mazda 323 Astina 1.8. It won't start.

Question edited for clarity and add some CAPS.
Question moved to model category.

Edit to Add: Your other duplicate post (now deleted) says you have no spark. Did you disconnect the battery recently? Check for DTC codes.

The question is too vague. Does it turn over, do the lights work? Did you check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Engine light on? Do you have fuel?

Trying to find out what type of transmission oil I need for a Mazda Astina 323 (03) manual gearbox. Engine 1.8 litre

In the manual it says that you need a 80W90 oil but if you live in a place where winters are really cold you should use a 75W90 one.

What is the timing setting for a automatic v6 2.5 litre mazda mx6 1992 model, non turbo?

6 degrees.
Firing Order is 1-3-4-2
Distributor turns Counterclockwise. (To the left)
Number 1 spark plug is at the front of the engine, which is at the front of the car.

This information should also be on the Emissions label under the hood.
