My book doesnt tell me how to remove and replace the front wheel bearings
Just did mine, It's not easy, you will need a 20 ton shop press to remove the bearing and press another one in. If you can get the stearing knuckle off from both sides, I used a 5 ton 3 jaw gear puller to seperate the steearing knuckle from the axil, then take it to a machine shop. They can usually do this swap for $50-80 labor on average. Not an easy job, good luck. be careful not to tear the lower control joint boots when taking it apart.
U can't replace just the bearing, u must replace the whole wheel hub assemby, work for Ford shop, know this for sure.
