Engine makes revving noise randomly
The revving sound could be coming from the radiator fan clutch with the engine OFF try turning fan should have slight resistance and smooth

This is actually an easy swap out. Remove the electrical connection, remove the retaining bolt and pull out old one. I believe the sensor is located in the front passenger side of the engine on this particular model.

This one is easy. The clutch fan is not disengaging. Mine does the same thing after it has idled a while but then will release (wind noise stops) after getting up to speed.

remove the airintake boot and clean throttle butterfly with a rag and carb cleaner

it could be an o2 sensor. it could also just need a tune up

check your brake light switch. It may be stuck on. it is under the dash. a button on the switch touches the brake lever to activate the brake lights.
