I have been using the ECU programmer for months and have never encountered the problem before. Probably because I never used its OBD2 functions. But anyway, since the tool has the function, why not make the most use of it? LOL. So I am wondering if there is a quick way to fix the problem?
First off your 91 Prelude is not OBD2 so those functions won't do you any good anyway. Second, you said programmer?? Is this a modded PCM/car? If so I got nothing for you. I don't deal with modded cars here, there's too many variables. Without looking at it in person, there's just no way to see what you've got going.
