SOURCE: How to change brake rotors on '99 Accent?
Hit the sides of the rotor's center section (where the lug holes are) with a hammer - often, they'll seize from the heat of the braking system. Several firm taps on it all the way around usually loosens it. If not, hit it harder (seriously). Just don't hit the lug studs or you'll flatten the threads and have to replace them.

you should only have to take off the tire and the calipers, and the caliper bracket, there is no hub on the front wheels. there should be 2 bolts holding on the caliper bracket, usually with a big allen screw. they may be stuck so use a hammer to tap them loose. good luck

The rotor is mounted to the hub by 4 bolts. The procedure is described in the service manual. Go to http://www.hmaservice.com/ and register. You'll have access to the information you want after you register (shop manual, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, etc.).
SOURCE: rear brakes (driver-side) squeal after replacing rotors and pads
you need to grease the metal clips at the top and bottom of the pads (dont get grease on the rotor or pad though) and also spray some "disc brake quiet" on the back of the pads. it comes in a red can and the spray that comes out is like sticky red paint. do those 2 things and the squeals will be gone.

if there are screws holding rotor on remove them.you can drill the heads of if you need to they realy dont do any thing remove caliper bracket if its in the way some rotors have drilled and taped holes in them if yoursn do thread bolts into them and tighten down this will put pressure on the rotor to pushit of hub if not use large hammer and hit the face of rotor between studs to loosen it up also dont be afraid to use lots of wd40 of so sort of penatrating oil on them to help loosen them up let me know how you make out
