For what? No spark? If yes, it could be the igniter, or the ignition coil. If you have a test light or a voltmeter, check for power on the primary wire to the coil (on the + terminal at the coil) with the key ON. You should have power to the coil with ignition on. If you do, take both the coil and the igniter to a parts store for a free test of both of them. The coil can be tested with a volt-ohm meter. The igniter can be tested, just like any ignition control module, on a special machine they use to check if it passes or fails. They do it for free in the hope that you will buy one from them if it fails.

1993 jeep grand cherokee wont start

check all fuses in power distribution center near battery and make sure all wires you removed from starter went back on starter and not hanging somewhere. There is a possibility that before you changed the starter there was something wrong that was causing the starter not to operate. Also check that power is going to and out of the ignition switch and starter relay (relay also powers up the ignition system which is why you have no fire)

Car will not start

All the things you replaced were a great place to start. I would suspect the ignition coil. approx. 119.00 for OEM a lot less at the parts store.
