I don't have your make and model so I can only give a general answer.
Turn the engine off and open the hood. Pry up the two fasteners from the radiator air baffle with a flathead screwdriver. Move the baffle to the side to access the top of the headlight case.
2
Pull up the two metal rods behind the headlight case. These secure the case to the vehicle. You may need your pliers to pull them up.
3
Gently pull the headlight case out to access its rear. On the rear, you will find several black dust covers. Twist off the dust cover closest to the fender (the outward dust cover) to access the turn signal bulb.
4
Turn the bulb module counterclockwise to release it. Unplug the electrical connector from the bulb module. Connect the new bulb to the electrical connector (don't touch the glass with your hands; hold it by the plastic piece). Insert the bulb module in the turn signal housing, turn it clockwise and screw the dust cover back on.
5
Insert the headlight case in the mount. Push the pins back down to secure it. Position the radiator baffle in its place and insert the fasteners.
as far as back up lights,
Go in the trunk and pull back the side pannel of the trunk and turn the bulb until it comes out and change it and turn the new bulb back in place.
Open the hood. Reach in behind the headlight. ou will see a plastic ring. Turn it counter-clockwise and pull back the plastic ring and get it out of th eway. Then take the light bulb and socket and turn it counter-clockwise and pull back so it can be removed. Then unclip the headlight from the wiring harness. Reverse the procedure to reinstall.
Some of these headlights do have a plastic handle to pull up on fo rthe light socket to become loose. Wasn't sure which one your year had. They changed around that time.

You may have to take out the battery, there are 2 round gray colored covers that screw out located in front of your battery that correspond to the location of the head lights, one is for the high beam and the other is low beam. once the covers are off, unplug the wire that is attached to the blub, there is a retainer spring that holds the blub in, take each side and push down and out and the blub should come right out. be careful not to touch the new blub with your fingers, only touch the base.
go to your parts store and purchase the new halegeon blub. READ very carefully the instructions on the box. DO NOT TOUCH the new blub lens.
Carefully pull and twist out the old blub and remove it from its base. Using the special material or a glove, install the new blub in the base, and then carefully insert it back into the headlight shell.
