1991 Honda Civic Won't Start

I just recently had a problem with my honda not starting when it was hot but now the car won't start when cold.... i have a new battery, new spark plugs, new distrubutor, new spark plug wires, new fuel pump, new rotor button, new timing belt, new oil filter, new fuel filter. the car is getting fuel into the carberator but not to the spark plugs, only two of the four plugs are getting fuel and i have changed everything under the hood except the camshaft and ignitor coil. the fuel relay is good all the fuses inside and outside the car have been changed atleast twice already but yet the car insists on just continuosly turningthe engine over and not starting

Could be distributor rotor or engine timing.

Try doing an ohms test on your fuel injectors. Sounds like 1 or 2 could be bad.

My 1991 honda civic runs fine going down the road, when I shut it off it wont start is there more than one relay for the fuel pump.

Not that I know of.
Are you getting spark to the plugs when it won't start, and how long do you have to wait for it to start ?

Why does my 1994 honda civic ex not start only when it is hot outside?

My first guess would be the fuel pump relay or the ignition module.
Look for something that gets hot and fails like a relay or electrical part.
When it won't start, check for spark at the plugs and the fuel pressure.

Oxygen sensor honda civic 1990 1500cc motor wont start when hot

You may need a new O2 Sensor, but that isn't
why it won't start.

Don't throw parts at it

Have a local repair shop ,at least check it out
for you

I was driving and my 1991 honda civic started losing power i pulled over shut off the engine now it wont start what is the problem?

It sounds like you are out of gas but there are other causes that are just as likely. To start when cranked there needs to be the right fuel air mixture available, compression in the cylinders and spark at the right time. If any of these is not there then it won't start. I would call for help. I hope this helps.
