EPC Light and zero throttle response.

Your Electric Power Control light is trying to tell you that your electronic throttle control is not working, hence the accelerator pedal signal is not getting to the throttle body. If you have wiring diagrams and tools to troubleshoot this, you may find what's wrong (components, wiring, PCM, etc). If not, you should have it analyzed and corrected by a qualified repair shop.

Look under the hood. Look for the throttle body .The accelerator cable is attached to it. The cable housing anchor is broken and not letting it return to idle speed.. Use a portion of a clothes hanger to
secure the cable housing to the throttle body.
