Installed used motor , after first crank the alt smoked . put new alt on, nocharge . checked for pinched or skint wires and none found. when running in park no power , reverse same prob. in nutreal motor clears up , only code is random missfire on multiple cyls . gauges are irratic , in drive it will pull , in any other position it acts like you are power brakeing . go from n to r it will start to pull then its like it engages the park pin . could it have killed PCM or BCM ?

Yes. First, in the fuse block under the hood check INJ A fuse and INJ B fuse. INJ A fuse is circuit 1039 which feeds the coil. If the fuse is OK, replace the coil electrical connector. I stock 2 of these at my dealership because they are needed quite often.
FYI P1351 is an ignition coil control circuit DTC.
