SOURCE: 1998 mercury tracer, koer code

P0325 = Knock Sensor Circuit Malfunction.
A knock sensor tells the engine computer when one or more of your engine's cylinders are "knocking", that is, exploding the air/fuel mixture in a way that delivers less power and can be damaging to the engine if prolonged. The computer uses this information to tune the engine so that it doesn't knock.
In your case either the connector has failed, it's such a common failure to the extent that the connector is sold separately

or the sensor itself has failed

Codes P0325 codes P0141

PO141 is an O2 Sensor Ckt Malf in (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
PO325 is a Knock Sensor 1 Ckt Malf in Bank 1 or Sensor 1

You're problem is in Bank One, more than likely an O2 sensor...I'd go to AutoZone or your parts store and ask for a print out on these codes.

DO NOT EVER CHANGE YOUR KNOCK SENSOR EVEN IF IT GIVES A P0325 CODE.

It's a waste of $600.

Trouboule

A P0325 refers to the knock sensor electrical circuit, not the sensor itself! So check all wiring & connectors leading to the sensor, back to the PCM. Good luck, I found a good P0325 article here - http://www.obd-codes.com/p0325

Two codes p0400 and p0325

could be leak around throttlebody gasket or lose hose or cracked. take carb cleaner and spray around the throttle body to intake manifold and see if the engine variates in idle. if so you have a leak.
