Where would a tie toe rope on a 96 chevy blazer that doesn't have any tow hooks

select a point that is connected to the chassis like a shackle if you have leaf springs or around the chassis cross member . Towing a vehicle on a rope is generally a traffic offence as the towed vehicle is not considered roadworthy. Besides body damage from over running the rope it is generally cheaper to put it on a tilt tray. If you are pulling from a bog situation then the selection of the tow point is critical as chassis damage will occur if not right.

Can I tow a car from Warwick to London with a rope from another car, route is M40 Thank you

Towing a car with a rope is dangerous, and illegal over here. If the front car has to stop, you now have at least two wrecked cars and at least two injured persons. It is a relatively new car, surely one or the other person has the wherewithal to hire a real tow vehicle or rent a tow bar made for that purpose. The tow bar maintains a constant distance between the vehicles.

Can you use a tow rope on a 2001 jeep grand cherokee limited if you put it in neutral?

Transfer case and transmission should be in neutral Since you are using a rope, someone needs to steer and brake If the engine runs this is much easier to do. Be careful using nylon straps and rope. they stretch and store energy. If you stress them they can snap and do serious damage. A chain is generally better as it will go limp.
