The front AC on my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan does not work at all.
The fan will not blow on any setiing. The rear AC works fine. At high speeds, some cool air will seep out of the front vents. How do I get to the blower motor to check it out?

My 2005 is doing the same. It is not the blower motor, fuses, or relays. It must be a resistor however I understand that the fan will operate only on high with a bad resistor. The resistor should be inexpensive and it sounds common. My 2005 is doing the same. It is not the blower motor, fuses, or relays. Most of the time if your AC stops working on a 2002 to 2008Dodge Caravan it is ... 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.8L. No luck so far finding that ...
check the switch most used part usualy wears out if you know there is no power at the fan motor wires yes the twisted wires, then i would look at switch next.
need to check and see if cooling fans are working and working properley at some point wheren the high side gets up about 225-250 they will kick in to a high speed untill the presure drops but the fans will always run when ac is on/also may be to much freon
2002 Grand Caravan. The rear heater also has a resistor for the fan speed control.(3 speed) It is located under the rear passenger side plastic cover. You can take off the rear tail gate lower plastic piece and this will let you pull out the side panel. You can reach in and take out the two screws that hold in the resistor and unhook the wiring adapter. You do not have to take off the whole side panel as you can reach in from the back. The resistor unit can be bought at you local dodge dealer.
