I have replaced the ac system and belt tensioner and idler pulley
Throttle body needs to be cleaned front and back. Disconnect battery while doing the cleaning to force PCM relearn.
It sounds as if your idle control sensor is not working properly. It is in the throttle body. My 2004 is doing this too. You can try cleaning or replace it. Also, disconnect the battery for about 24 hrs and it may reset. If its made in the throttle body, like mine, you have to replace the whole thing.

it is decieving. if the tensioner has an extension of about two inches from the base, it takes a 15 mm to lift it, be easy, make sure the wrench is not going to touch anything as you release it after taking the belt off
