My guess is the turn signal/multifunction switch. All your light go thru here. except the third brake light. Here's is some electrical schematics, hope this helps low beam lights dont work - 9ad0547f-d2d4-4111-a62b-f0d2066ac443.gif cb6a4927-7dcf-4394-83fe-6b30acdf45db.gif

It's on the driver's side. Remove all the plastic & it's in there.Big rectangle, black box,about 1.5" thick,lotta wires.

Sounds like its a problem with the light switch handle. Had it myself as well...
If you're savvy enough around car electronics take out the light switch handle, take it apart, find the problem and fix it. Inside the handle-switch you have several slide-switches and some double action slide switches.
Otherwise - get a different switch from a local junkyard or get a new one from your dealer.
Good luck.

Check the relay that powers the high beam, if memory serves me the relay is shared between those two circuits. You can swap the relay with a known good relay to prove if that is the issue.

Low beams not working

If the bulbs flash when you unlock the vehicle, then they are likely not the issue. My guess is the relay contacts are dirty. Just because a relay clicks, it doesn't mean that it is passing current through the contacts. Try and swap the relay with another of the exact same part number. There's usually another available...ie the horn relay, fog lamp etc..

In the engine compartment fuse box, check the 20A DRL, FOG, HORNS FUSE and confirm that the FOG LAMPS RELAY is in place. Fog lamp operation depends upon the DRL setting so the DRL circuit may be defective which would account for the headlight problems.

Low beams stopped working but all other lights work

Need to have an electrical shop determine what is wrong.

It could be a fuse for the low beam headlamps that has blown,
or a relay has been overheated.

Check that the bulbs for the low beam aren't blown out, possibly
simultaneously.
