I have never heard of this problem on any car. It has to be a short.. possibly an internal short in the coil.. Best i can do.. Post a comment here and let us know what you find.. .
TCL means Traction Control, and you turn it on and off with a switch. But you did not tell us make, model, or year, so we can't tell you how to turn it off or on.
TCL is controlled by ABS system,could have an abs sensor going bad. There is alot of things that could cause a misfire,mass air flow sensor could be dirty or need replaced.Best bet is to take to someone with computer that can read what all sensors are doing in vehicle.
This light is warning you about a problem with the transmission, actually is the "Traction Control", have your car scanned as soon as possible, good luck
tcl is traction control. Google eclipse tcl and you will find your answer. Sounds like it is a common problem with the MAP sensor when people put on aftermarket air intakes.
