I left my windows down last night and my key in the ignition. We had a surprise rain. When I went to raise the windows. I got no power to anything and when I turned the key to the on position I could not get the key to turn back to the off position and could not remove the key. Welcome to Fixya
There is a huge possibility that there is a problem with your ignition switch. The ON position should supply power to all electrical automotive equipment, such as the fuel pump and engine sensor applications and dash lights. If you turn the key to ON position and non light inside you dash then the problem is the ignition switch.

SOURCE: My tsx doesn't start.
Hi, this sounds like the starter solenoid, but on your car the solenoid is integrated with the starter motor assembly. You will need to remove the starter and have it tested at your local parts chain. Fig. Starter mounting-TSX models
If you have the proper equipment, you can test at home as indicated below. Please let me know if you have questions, and thanks for using FixYa.
NOTE The factory sound system has a coded theft protection system. It is recommended that you know your reset code before you begin.
Negative then the positive battery cables Intake manifold Starter cable from the B terminal Black/white wire from the S (solenoid) terminal Harness clamp and holder Two bolts that mount the starter to the transaxle assembly Starter
NOTE When installing the heavy gauge starter cable, make sure the crimped side of the terminal end is facing out.
