Have your catalytic converters checked.

connects

The shaking may be a separated tire.

If the check engine light is on there will be a code. Have the computer scanned for trouble codes to see why the light is on.

I suspect that one of your wheel bearing have worn out. SO to confirm please lift up one by one all the wheel and rotate. listen to any hum which corresponds to your noise. hold the wheel on either sides and check for any shake even a small one. if you detect a hum check the wheel bearings and the HUB, most cars have this assembly making the noise specially when the grease becomes dry or there had been water logging specially salty.If so change the bearings / hubs, when changing look out for any damage to the axle. The first problem sounds like a engine mount has broken. the loud click sound seems like it may be some sort of bearing going or injectors knocking or valves knocking

SOUNDS LIKE A TRANSMISSION VACUM MODULATOR,THET ARE CHEAP,MAKE SURE VACUM LINE DOESN'T HAVE ANY HOLES OR DRYROTTED AND YOU HAVE VACUM

if you drive at 40 to 45 dose it shake all the time or dose it go away ?
