I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota that has its ABS light and Brake light are on constantly. All shoes and pads were changed and brakes work fine. How can I tell if its the booster or the ABS
I tried to disconnect/reconnect the battery thinking it would reset the fault but it has no change. Both lights come on as soon as I hit the brake.

I checked out brake and parking lights and they work properly. I have read other posts and am pretty sure that its not the rear differential sensor because my speedometer is not affected. I still need to check CV axle. Thanks.
U need to have the system tested by the dealer for trouble codes
I found the answer to my problem. The sensor wire to the front passenger wire was chaffed causing a break. The new wire costs 150 bucks. I soldered it myself and sealed it good with shrink wrap and silicone. Works fine now.
