It really depends what problem you are having. If your vehicle is not responding to your key fab alarm button, you can try the driver door key and unlock the car untill all the doors unlock to deactivate alarm if it is a factory alarm. If it is an aftermarket alarm a lot of them have a little switch or tiny button they hide but the key has to be in the on position. Depending on the quality of the alarm system some deactivate fuelpumps or starters. A factory alarm cannot be removed from the vehicle and can only be bypassed by a professional. Check the battery to your alarm button. Unfortunately you just did jot give enough information to what you have and what you are dealing with, please be more descriptive so we can help you better.
Try pressing the lock and unlock buttons on the remote, holding for a few seconds, then trying the unlock and lock buttons to see if the alarm disarms...your description indicates the car alarm is still armed!

If you have the rmote for the alarm, I would try to deactivate it from there. If that doesn't work, I would check your owners manual for your "circuit breaker" description under your dash. Find the breaker that controls your alarm and pull it. This will disable your alarm. After about 20-30 seconds, put that breaker back in and your alarm should reset and then your car should start.
