It sticks in high throttle and I tried to get my step dad to fix it says it can be a senser but my coworker says it can be due to the cold but even in the warmers days it sticks I tried everything I did

Have you checked the fuel filter. Fuel pump will pressure up, but fuel filter could be clogged and not work without the pressure of the fuel pump.

find your evaporator inlet outlet lines on the fire wall usually near heater core inlet outlet lines. then follow both lines until you find the one that goes to the compressor. that is your low side and the port should be on there
