P1653 SCV Circuit Malfunction
This could be caused by the oil control valve, low oil level, infrequent oil changes, a fault in the wiring to the valve or a bad PCM. What is odd is that the code is not listed in my information database.
That code is manufacturer-specific and not a part of the base (3-digit) OBD-II codes that are universal.
Toyota uses P1653 to indicate VSV For ACIS Circuit Malfunction
This is the control circuit for the intake air control valve.
Bro.. check your engine mounting.. I experience the same problem like you and solve my problem by changing the engine mounting.. price is around 250.00 not include labor charges. U can also use toyota wish 2.0 engine mounting.
If you are not experiencing any actual driveability problems such as with your brakes, considering the DTC P1653 with P0650 then the problem may be electrical.
Start your search with the fuse for your traction control system, it is under the hood in the compartment mounted to the passenger side strut tower. If nothing is wrong with that then check your wiring harnesses from that box for loose connection or wire damage, and also under the dash.
