P0200 means 'Injector circuit is open circuit', so one of your injectors probably isn't working that will be the reason of rough idle, check wiring to injectors make sure they haven't come off or they are not rubbing on anything and cut through

As you know one of the problems can be the Fuel Cap. I make this suggestion. If you changed your Fuel Cap before the Purge Valve double check that the cap used was an OEM (Original) Chevy Part for that specific vehicle, not just any cap from another Chevy.
Sounds like the lock up torque converter is slipping based on your description of the problem. i estimate roughly 1,250 dollars based on 400 dollars for a torque converter and fluids, and 10 hours labor at 85 an hour.
