Not likely in the altima i have experienced more fuse related issues, switch the head lights and see if they both work
Did that. The bulb works. I could get the fuses out to check them. That will be my next move.
could not
I would also look for any broken or frayed wires between the fuse box and your headlight
I looked around for frayed wires or bad connections but did not see any. The driver's side headlight was actually not working so I bought 2 bulbs so that both sides would look correct. I replaced the driver's side with no problem. The passenger side light, which was working, I was just going to replace to match the driver's side but unfortunately something happened to make the passenger side stop working.

Unlikely to be the column swithch . try high and low? Check for power at the plug.

Try turning the 4-way flashers on with the headlights and see if it looks normal or if it looks like they are flashing alternately instead of together. If it looks like they are flashing alternately, you have a bad ground on that bulb. Difficult to explain easily, but bulb grounds through the circuit that is turned off until both circuits are energized, then problems occur. If not, try unplugging the U-Haul harness, they usually are just plug in deals and see if that fixes it.

No, it is not likely that hte relay is bad. since you are getting power to that passenger side lamp you are getting power from the fuse block and the battery, the problem lays in the bulb itself or the power/ ground wire to the lamp socket. You need to do a continuity check on the power line and then check the ground for that lamp. You should be able to narrow it down to one of those two things from that and repair the wire or lose ground. Although my money is on a bad wire from power to the lamp socket.
