You have a problem in the fuel vapor recovery system, this may be covered under the federal emissions warranty.

Do I have a bad fuel pump

Not symptoms of a pump. Sounds more like a bad idle air control valve. run some fuel system cleaned in it and run a full tank of gas to see if it changes.

THE 91 NISSAN STANZA idlesreal good but when you press the gas it goes fast then slow then fast and slow again will not run smooth

could be clogged fuel injectors, fuel pump, fuel filter first what I would do is clean fuel injectors and replace fuel filter, if there is no codes, meaning your check engine light is not on, some times bad gas can do this or water in gas, better to try the easy things first, plus they real dont cost.much, now I use Lucas fuel injector cleaner myself, I have always got good response from it, plus if need to, you can put a tube in every day, thats if you use about 10 gallons of gas everyday so.try this first, cost for Lucas is around $6 also change fuel filter, cost any where from $7 to $25

2005 yukon denali gas goes in slow and check engine light is on it tells me to tighten fuel cap

It may be a loose fuel cap or it is worn out already. Check also the hoses leading to and from the fuel tank for loose or bad ones that need replacing.

In my chevy lumina i have a trouble light that looks like a tank with waves, i'm assuming that could be the gas tank light, but it goes on randomly when i'm on a highway, as soon as i slow down it goes...

no your gas light should look like a gas station fuel pump the light your seeing is probly a tempeture light and is going on from on from over heating.

Takes forever to fuel up

I have found with various cars that the speed the gas is pumped at makes a huge difference. Try wiggling the input nozzle around so it may be parallel to the ground, and just experiment. Or just slow down your pumping speed. Sometimes more goes in faster than the fuel tank neck can handle.
