What in the world is a fuel reset button?
if you are referring to the long term and short term fuel trims within the pcm you would need a factory scan tool to update/reset it. may i ask why you need to reset the fuel trims?

Your car has no fuel pump reset button . If in fact you have no fuel pressure one of two relays maybe bad , fuel pump relay or the EFI main relay . Or the fuel pump is bad or wiring or fuse's etc...

The fuel pump shut-off switch is located in the driver's foot well, behind the kick panel. Thereset button for the fuel pump shut-off switch is accessible through an opening in the kick panel.
Reset the fuel pump shut-off switch by pushing in on the reset button.
Try resetting fuel pump. I do believe the reset button is on the forward passengers side of vehicle. The button is behind the plastic shield. Reset once or twice. This hopefully will fix your problem. Look in your manual for exact placement of fuel pump reset button
There is no fuel pump reset button on the 1992 Maxima. Check your fuel pump fuse under the dash. If it's not blown, check for current at the fuel pump connections. If you have current at the pump, then you probably have a bad fuel pump.
GM CARS DON'T USE A FUEL PUMP RESET BUTTON, THEY HAVE AN OIL PRESSURE CONTROLLED FUEL PUMP CUTOFF SWITCH ON THE ENGINE, IF THE CAR HAS NO OIL PRESSURE AND THE KEY WAS ON THE FUEL PUMP SHUTS OFF.
