Once opporating temp is fully met, the car idles as tho its dieing and it hesitates when accelerating, when full opp temp is met. when extreme cold temps are the norm the car will run flawless, but if the normal days temp is in the 30's or higher the car idles hard and sounds like its chugging and dieing.

It could be a faulty thermostat. Did it do the same thing before u replaced the t-stat? It sounds like it's sticking closed, then all of a sudden it opens, coolant flows correctly. I'd consider changing it again. Check to make sure parts store is giving u the correct temperature thermostat also. Maybe it's too high for your Ford, delaying the opening.

i would check fuel supply, volume adn pressure, i wold also look at the MAF sensor hot wire to see if it has a little chia pet growing on it.

You may have an air pocket in your system which some times happens. One way to get rid of it is to take the upper hose off on the engine side, fill your system with water until it runs out from your engine block, replace the hose, start your car turn you heater on and set to hi keep the radiator cap loose until the temp start to rise then close tight. Once the air pocket had been remover you can drain some of the water from the radiator using the lower drain plug and add antifreeze.

Are there any service engine soon lights on associated with this problem?
Possible CTS (Coolant Temperature Sensor) or another sensor giving faulty data for the cool air temperature.
Check spark and gas delivery when cool, below 70 deg. If the spark is not being delivered or the fuel injectors are not delivering fuel at this temperature, it will explain why it doesn't run right until it is warmed up.

It sounds like your automatic choke linkage is not working proparly or out of adjustment. It could just be very dirty and oily. You can spray WD40 around the linkages on the carborator and work them back and forth by hand to see if they are moving freely. If they were very stiff at first and then after you sprayed them and moved them around they feel like they work much easier then it was likely just dirty.
